This great new service means for the first time you have the option to have ALL your deliveries sent to your friendly Local Store to collect at a time and date that suits you. All our Local Stores are open until late and at weekends

If you are shipping a parcel with Parcel Direct and can't wait in for the courier, no worries, just book online and choose your Local Store as the collection point. Then drop your parcels off in the evening or on the way to work for the courier to collect.
The service is free for most shipments, but if it is under a certain value there is a small fee for the retailer. Come on, they deserve it for the great service.
Restrictions
The maximum weight for Collections (e.g. Online Shopping) is 15 kg and the max dimensions are 50 x 40 x 40 cm.
The maximum weight for Customer Drop-Offs is 20 kg and the max dimensions are 50 x 50 x 40 cm. But try not to hurt yourself by making the boxes too heavy.
If your parcel is outside these limits, the shopkeeper may choose to refuse the parcel. Maybe if you have a chat with your friendly local shopkeeper and ask nicely, they will let you receive or drop off a bigger parcel.
